Join Zach Lyons-Weiler, PhD student in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Michigan; University of Pittsburgh alumnus, along with an ALT educator for a spring walk at Barking Slopes. Zach will highlight fossil findings and key geological features that can inform us about the land’s history and what makes Barking Slopes special. We will also appreciate the beautiful wildflowers and geophytes that bloom on the slopes and learn how geology influences the plants that we see.

Events run rain or shine. No walk ins will be permitted.
