Science Stroll: Finding Warmth in Winter

Always wondered how our non-migratory creatures handle the winter weather? Join an ALT Educator on this hike, where we’ll explore how various animals like insects, mammals, reptiles and birds stay warm and well fed throughout the long winter months.

This event will take place rain or shine. We will cancel in the event of dangerous road conditions or thunderstorms. No walk ins will be permitted.

Upon arrival at Wingfield Pines, please drive through the open gate and down the driveway to park in the large gravel lot below.
