Trail Tuesday: Dead Man’s Hollow

Help maintain the trails of Dead Man’s Hollow
Dead Man’s Hollow is home to an incredible network of trails, and we need your help to keep them safe and enjoyable for hikers. Join ALT for a constructive, productive walk in the woods. Volunteers will clear duff from trails with rakes, smooth tread with grub hoes, and use loppers and handsaws to remove vegetation.
- Rain or shine, but ALT will cancel in case of thunderstorms.
- Dress for muddy conditions and wear close toed shoes. Long pants and sleeves are recommended to avoid poison ivy or ticks.
- ALT provides all tools and extra water. Please bring a reusable water bottle.
- No Bathrooms on site.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Park and meet in the parking lot at Catfish Pond. Drive to end of gravel road.
