The data below represent findings of water samples taken at various points in Wingfield Pines‘ passive abandon mine drainage (AMD) system.
We have our partners to thank for the data. Over the years, collection and organization of the data were led by Ed Schroth during his time as an adjunct biology professor at Duquesne University. Point Park University and other educational partners have also submitted data to us. The data visualization graphs below were designed and produced by a volunteer group from Carnegie Mellon University.
