2026 Day of Giving

What’s Your Place? Everyone has one. It might be the trail where you clear your head after a long day. The creek where your children first discovered crayfish. The overlook that never gets old. Or the neighborhood park where friends gather and memories are made. Your place can be anywhere. It might be an Allegheny Land Trust conservation area, your favorite local park, a hiking trail, a fishing spot, or a quiet corner of nature that has become part of your story.

This year’s ALT Day of Giving is about celebrating the places that shape our lives—and helping protect the places that will shape someone else’s.

Our Board of Directors has generously created a match pool to double your impact in saving our special places. Your gift helps Allegheny Land Trust protect and care for the places that enrich our region today while ensuring they continue to inspire, restore, and sustain life for generations to come.

Together, we can support the “forever” work of preserving the forests, streams, trails, and green spaces that make western Pennsylvania a healthier, more connected place to live—for wildlife, for our communities, and for generations to come.
