Students for Saving Ross Conservation Project
October 23 @ 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Join Allegheny Land Trust and students from North Hills & Shaler Area High Schools to support the permanent protection of the 30-acre Ross Conservation Project.
Students from the schools’ sustainability classes and clubs are collaborating to host this awareness & fundraising event to support saving 30 acres of critical woodlands in the highest elevation of the Girty’s Run Watershed.
There will be food, music, crafts, and more! North Hills very own “The Spit Valves” band will be the headline musical performer, there will be crafts like seed ball making, pumpkin carving, and more!
Allegheny Land Trust staff will be on-site to introduce themselves, give a project summary and current status, and open the chat for questions.
