Panhandle Greenway: Informal Info Session & Open House
September 20 @ 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Join ALT staff for an informal information session to learn more about the current Panhandle Greenway Conservation Project as well as ALT’s Historic Walker-Ewing Log House.

PANHANDLE GREENWAY CONSERVATION PROJECT SUMMARY: Allegheny Land Trust and its community partners are working together to conserve 221 acres of woodlands in the rapidly-developing and flood-vulnerable Robinson Run Watershed and along the scenic corridor of the popular Panhandle Trail. This will be accomplished through the acquisition of two strategically-located, “keystone” properties to create an ecological, recreational, and place-making greenway unlike any in the region.
