Fitness in the Trees (FIT): Low Impact

Join us for this brand new program! We’ll use Mother Nature as the backdrop for this circuit based workout. Using a nature-themed scavenger hunt, we’ll do fitness activities such as inchworms, bear crawls, squats, pushups and more when we come across pre-determined natural items such as stumps, birds, vines, etc.
Be prepared to get dirty and sweaty! Bring clothes that can get messy and that will keep you cool during your workout. Hiking or tennis shoes are recommended and bring a water bottle!
